How it works

Heat
Heat water to 70 °C and submerge the pad for about 30 seconds, until the shell softens. A kettle and a bowl is all it takes.

Mould
Press it against your shin and hold. It sets into your exact shape as it cools — flush along the bone, with no gaps to slide in.

Play
Add the EVA foam for comfort, pull on the sleeves and head out. No tape, no straps, nothing to adjust at half time.

BROX. Orion solves one of the most common problems in football — shin pads that don't stay in place.
Most pads are shaped once, in a factory, for a leg that isn't yours. They sit on two contact points and everything in between is a gap. That gap is why they rotate, slide down and end up taped, strapped or left at home.
Orion is shaped on your own leg instead. Thirty seconds in hot water and the shell softens; press it against the shin, hold, and it sets into that exact contour as it cools. Flush along the bone, nothing to adjust, nothing to tape.
When the fit needs to change — a growing player, a new owner — heat it again and it takes a new shape. The same pair, re-fitted, instead of a new pair.

How do I mould them?
Boil a kettle and pour the water into a bowl. Put the pad in for about 30 seconds until it softens, take it out, press it against the shin and hold until it cools. That is the whole process — no oven, no hairdryer, no tools.
Will they slip during a football match?
They shouldn't. A moulded pad sits flush against the shin instead of resting on two contact points, and the included sleeve holds it there. That is the point of the product — if you still need tape, it hasn't done its job.
Which size should I choose?
The pads are one size, 13 × 9 cm, and take the shape of the leg they're moulded to. The size you pick applies to the sleeves only, so measure around the leg just below the knee rather than along the shin.
Can they be re-moulded later?
Yes, many times over. Put the pad back in hot water for 30 seconds and it softens again, ready to take a new shape. Handy when a growing player needs a new fit rather than a new pair.
How do I clean them?
Rinse the pads under the tap and wipe them dry. They are plastic — no dishwasher, no washing machine, and no hot water unless you actually want to re-mould them. The sleeves are fabric and can be machine washed at 30 °C.
