Shipping Policy

Standard delivery within Sweden: 2–4 business days. Deliveries within the EU and outside the EU may take longer depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier capacity.

We ship via PostNord (service point and parcel box). Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK. A shipping fee of 49 SEK applies to orders below 499 SEK.

We do not make partial deliveries unless required by law or specifically agreed upon.

Risk of the product passes to you upon physical receipt of the item. If your package has been damaged during transport, please contact us at hello@broxoriginal.com within a reasonable time with photographic evidence.

Uncollected packages are subject to a handling fee of 99 SEK to cover return shipping, handling, and administration costs.

For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges.
