Do I need to mold the shin guards?
Yes.
Heat-mold them to your shin for a perfect custom fit.
How do I mold them?
Use hot water (70°C / 158°F) or an oven. Full instructions are included with your order.
What if I do it wrong?
No problem.
Before applying the EVA foam, you can reheat and reshape them until the fit feels right.
What makes BROX. different from other shin guards?
Most shin guards are built for everyone. That means they fit no one.
BROX. Orion is molded to your leg — for a secure fit, better comfort, and real protection.
Are they comfortable?
Yes. Once molded, they fit like a second skin — so comfortable you’ll forget you’re wearing them.
How protective are they?
Built with a durable thermoplastic guard that absorbs impact while staying flexible and lightweight — in training and matches.
How thin are they?
Only about 5 mm thick, including EVA foam.
How much do they weigh?
Just 28 grams per guard, including EVA foam.
Are they breathable?
Yes.
The EVA foam includes airflow channels to help keep your legs cool during play.
Do I need shin guard sleeves?
No. You can wear BROX. Orion directly inside your football socks.For extra stability, you can combine them with BROX shin guard sleeves.
Are they suitable for all players?
Yes. The custom fit makes them work for all ages and levels.

How should I store them?
Use the ventilated storage bag to keep them fresh and ready to go — with a carabiner hook so you can easily attach it to your backpack or training bag.

Can I replace the EVA foam?
Yes.
The EVA comfort foam is fully replaceable. Swap it out when it wears down or starts to smell.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Sweden or China depending on where your order is placed. The shin guard in the box is identical — same materials, same quality, same fit.
What if I have an issue with my order?
We’ve got you.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes.
We stand behind our products — if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Can I return the shin guards after molding them?
No.
Once molded to your leg, they are considered customized and cannot be returned
Can I return socks or sleeves?
Only if they are unused and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be returned.
How long does delivery take?
- Sweden: 2–4 business days.
- Europe: 3-5 business days.
- US: 9-12 business days.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
Unclaimed packages may be subject to a handling fee to cover return shipping and processing costs.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from the day you receive the order to request a return.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and items must be unused and in resellable condition.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
Send us a message with photos — we’ll sort it.
Are your shin guards safe?
BROX. Orion is designed to provide protection and comfort during play.
However, no shin guard can eliminate the risk of injury in football.
