How do I wash them?
Machine wash at 30 °C, inside out, and let them air dry. Keep them out of the tumble dryer — heat is what wears down the grip pads.
Only for football?
They are made for football boots, but the grip works the same in any shoe where the foot tends to slide — handball, indoor sports, running.
