Shipping Policy

Everything ships from our warehouse in Sweden. USPS handles the final delivery in the United States.

Cost and delivery time

Tracked shipping is $6.99. Orders over $39 ship free. Delivery takes 6–10 business days from the day your order leaves us. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Duties and import fees

Duties and import fees are settled before the box leaves Sweden. There is nothing to pay the carrier at the door and no separate customs charge at checkout.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@broxoriginal.com with photos within a reasonable time and we will sort it out.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we refund the order minus the original shipping cost. There is no separate handling fee.

Partial deliveries

We do not split an order into partial deliveries unless the law requires it or we have agreed it with you.
