Shin guards don’t wear out. Padding does.
The shell keeps the shape you molded it to. What gives up first is the soft EVA foam on the inside — the part that sits against the leg every session.
Instead of replacing the whole guard, peel off the old foam and press on a new one. The custom fit stays exactly as it was; it just feels new again.
It takes about ten seconds to swap each pad.

When should I replace the foam?
When it starts to feel flat, hard or uneven against the leg, or when the edges begin to lift. The shell itself does not need replacing.
How do I swap it?
Peel off the old foam, wipe the inside of the shell clean and dry, then press the new pad firmly into place. No heat, no tools, and you do not need to re-mold the guard.
Does it fit other shin guards?
It is cut for BROX. Orion. On other guards it may fit, but we only guarantee the fit on ours.
